Welcome to Lifecare Counselling

Providing a professional independent counselling service.

Based in Sevenoaks and Westerham, Kent

Life's journey has no sat nav to guide you through the rough terrain, mostly we drive over the bumps in our journey trying to figure things out for ourselves, but sometimes we need a little extra guidance to make sense of it all and help us move forward.

I offer an impartial supportive service to both men and women in my private counselling practice, helping you to feel less isolated, less stressed, more empowered, supported and valued.

Counselling sessions can take place within my two practices as well as via telephone and video conference calls for clients from anywhere in the world.

Why Lifecare Counselling?

Everyone experiences times of stress, sadness, grief and conflict during their lives. Deciding that the challenges and frustrations that you may be facing are more than you can handle alone can often be difficult and interwoven with questions and anxieties.

Lifecare Counselling is different from sharing your difficulties with your friends and family.

During counselling, I will endeavour to nurture your emotional well-being by providing a safe and confidential space for you to gain some clarity and reflect on who you are, your relationships with others and to experience empathy, understanding, acceptance and encouragement. I will work with you to explore life’s challenges and guide you to find your own solutions and strategies to allow you to move forward.

I can support you through a variety of challenges you may be experiencing such as stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and bereavement.

As a specialist Pregnancy & baby loss counsellor I also support parents through:

Antenatal screening

Parents whose baby has been diagnosed with an anomaly/abnormality from diagnosis,  decision making and beyond.

Parents whose babies are born with life-limiting or threatening conditions.

Parents of disabled children.
